This is an Introduction to First Aid intended for Parents, mentors and coaches of sporting teams.
Programme Objective
This two hour course covers a range of topics to prepare an untrained person to administer some basic emergency care should an accident occur. Participants will learn practical skills and theoretical knowledge, so that they can react quickly to a situation that may arise and with confidence.

Training Method
All participants will gain hands on practice with a number of skills and as all our instructors are frontline emergency services personnel they add real value to the course content.
